• All Lumino products are custom cut to the size you order and are not eligible for return due to incorrect measurements.


• We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.


• Photo documentation of the issue and packaging is required to process a return.


• Approved returns eligible for a refund or replacement – if you choose a refund, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
